Essentials of Management
This Module Covers the principles and functions of management. You will be taught the key elements in planning and decision-making and the significance of different controls required in an organisation. You will gain a solid foundation and a breadth of knowledge in Business Management.
This Particular unit will prepare one for an examination and consists of an exam only at the end of the module.
The Qualification is taught face-to-face, through lectures, tutorials, seminars and laboratory session, by NCC qualified tutors.
Upon completion of this module equivalent to 7.5 ECTS credits you are also able to complete your diploma in business MQF Level 5. The whole diploma consists of 8 modules these are:
Essentials of Management, Fundamentals of Economics, Communication for Business, Understanding Business Organisations, Buisness Mathematics, Introduction to Finance, eBusiness, Principles of Maketing.
Age Group: 16+
NCC Education is regulated by Ofqual (Office of the qualifications and examination regulator) to award the QCF Level 4 Diploma in Business in England. The official name on the certificate will be MQF level 5 Diploma in Business.

The ICCS qualification or a minimum of 6 O’levels to enroll on the IDCS. To start the BSc 2nd year students must have successfully completed the IDCS or an equivalent qualification. Only students who complete all BSc 2nd year modules can move on to the final year of the Middlesex University BSc.
Since short courses are normally beginners courses most do not have specific entry requirements. With regards to the programming short courses a basic understanding of this field is recommended. A good level of English is essential.
IT Professional Courses
Entry requirements for these courses depend on the course in question. Normally those who apply for such courses have a number of years of work experience within management or IT.
If you do not have the necessary requirement we also provide you with foundation courses that will provide you with the entry requirement for your diplomas.
