PRINCE2® AGILE

About

PRINCE2 Agile® combines the flexibility and responsiveness of agile with the clearly defined framework of PRINCE2®.

AXELOS has developed PRINCE2 Agile as a single-tier certification which practitioners can take once they have passed their PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner examinations.

PRINCE2 Agile enables practitioners to apply the project management principles of PRINCE2 whilst combining the flexibility and responsiveness of agile concepts such as Scrum and Kanban. The certification is aimed at all individuals and organizations involved with project, product and programme delivery and support.

It is an extension module tailored for forward-thinking organizations and individuals already benefiting from PRINCE2 and provides further guidance on how to apply agile methods to the world’s most recognized project management method.

PRINCE2 Agile is supported by an exam and formal certification and delivered by accredited trainers. As with PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile can be applied to any type of project within any industry sector.

PRINCE2® is a Registered Trade Mark of the Cabinet Office.
Lectures will be delivered by Foreign Lecturer. Nader K. Rad , an official PRINCE2 tutor.
